Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This salad was better than I expected- but so easy! It is rated as a difficulty level of 3, but I think it is more of a 2. It has a great texture, with the celery, walnuts, and apples giving a great crunch. Very tasty!
