1 box (large size) raspberry gelatin powder
1 pound fresh cranberries
OR
1 can whole cranberries
1 can (15 ounce size) crushed pineapple and juice
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
directions
Cook fresh cranberries according to directions. Prepare raspberry gelatin according to package directions. Add cranberries to gelatin.
Allow to cool before adding remaining ingredients. Allow to jell. A delicious addition to Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner.
