I just found out I had a heart blockage and have to change my eating habits drastically after having a stent placed; I googled baked lemon salmon and this recipe appeared. I have never cooked salmon before but it was delicious! I served this with a side of green beans, my husband loved it!!! I placed the lemons on top of the salmon and squeezed lemon juice over the top before and after cooking it and it was both juicy and flavorful! I just might get to love eating healthy! Very good! I did mix it up a bit, added 3 finely sliced green onions, some lime juice (since I didn't have any lemons or lemon juice), some lemon pepper and mixed it all up with the butter. Then spread it evenly over the salmon and baked as stated. Very yummy :0)
