Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Classic family-style casserole. A can of mushroom soup cuts down on the ingredients and time involved so you can spend less time with the casserole and more time with the family, just how it should be.
2 packages (10 ounce size) chopped frozen broccoli
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
2 tablespoons cold butter, cut in bits
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
Cook the broccoli as directed on the package and drain well. Add the broccoli to a bowl along with the mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the broccoli mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top. Dot the top of the crackers with the butter.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly in the center.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

My mother used to make this dish as well. When she passed away, I got all of her recipes, but couldn't find this one! Until now! This is DEFINITELY the BEST broccoli casserole recipe!

I first tasted this recipe back in 1987 or 88. My beautiful Mother made this recipe acquired from her coworker. It is a wonderful dish...as a side or a main dish. I am so happy to find this recipe again as I had lost it several years ago. None of the Broc Cass recipes are as good as this..Thx
