Chive Roasted Corn

ingredients
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/4 cup fresh snipped chives
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 ears corn, husked and cleaned
directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except corn.
Using a knife, spread ears of corn with butter mixture. Wrap each ear of corn in a piece of heavy foil. Grill corn on an uncovered grill directly over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.
Or, in a covered grill, arrange hot coals around a drip pan. Place corn on grill rack over drip pan but not over hot coals. Lower grill hood. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Or, oven-roast the corn at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
