Brown-Butter Corn With Basil

ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cups corn kernels
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup finely shredded fresh basil
directions
Heat butter in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until foam subsides and most of butter is golden brown.
Add corn, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring, until tender, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil.

This is SO good!!! Thing only thing I did different to the recipe is I added about 1 Tbls of sugar. I love anything with fresh basil and this is great way to use it! Thanks for posting!!
