Mexican Salsa Deviled Eggs - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

8 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 green onions, finely chopped (white part only)
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt, to taste

directions

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.

In a small bowl, mash the yolks well. Stir in cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Evenly fill the whites.

Chill.

    After you add the rest of the ingredients to the egg yolks, you'll have so much filling that you can not only fill the whites, you can "top" them, too!
