This orange chocolate sauce recipe is perfect for crepes, ice cream, or even try a bit stirred into your coffee for a real treat.

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange rind, or to taste
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chocolate and cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir the orange juice and orange rind into the melted chocolate. Mix well. Adjust the flavor with additional orange rind if needed.
Serve the sauce warm or let it cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Heat gently before serving.
