1 package confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
red food coloring
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Heat over low heat (do not allow water to boil) stirring several times until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let stand in hot water to keep soft. Stir in peppermint. Stir in a few drops of coloring then drop onto cookie sheet for form 1 inch rounds. Let cool then remove from pan.

I used 4 cups Confectioner's Sugar or one package that was 500grams. Super easy to make, super yummy treat! I used a little extra peppermint extract because I wanted it to be stronger. Great as a digestif and a before kissing mint! :)
Can we get a quantity for the confectioners sugar? There are many sized packets and I believe that it will be a crucial factor in the success of this recipe.Thanks! :-)
