Greek Pita Chicken Sandwiches - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 whole pita bread rounds, cut in half

directions

Place chicken in greased 2 1/2 to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Lay onion over chicken and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours.

Break chicken apart with two forks and stir in yogurt. Spoon into warm pita bread halves. Garnish with Roma tomato and cucumber slices.
