1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Use immediately or let cool and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
