This barbecue sauce, with uniquely Hawaiian-style flavors, is delicious as a glaze while grilling chicken, pork, or seafood, or to use as a sweet bbq dipping sauce.
2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine the pineapple juice, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, molasses, and ginger in a bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Use to baste chicken, pork, or seafood while grilling. Or, use as a dipping sauce.
Store the barbecue sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I used this with chicken in a crock pot. Added pineapple chunks to it too.
