Yummy Rainbow Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 box (18.25 Oz size) white cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1/2 cup multi-colored sprinkles
1 container (8 Oz size) non-dairy whipped topping --thawed
2 cups mini sprinkle pieces
1 container white or pink icing
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease & flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Combine cake mix, water, oil, & egg whites, beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pans & fold in sprinkles. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick incerted into center of cake comes out clean. Allow cake layers to cool in pans for 20 - 30 minutes.
Assemble on a platter and frost cake layers with whipped topping. Cover the top of cake with as many sprinkles as possible & surrounding the bottom of the cake.
