Saint Patrick's Day Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 box white cake mix (no pudding) plus ingredients to prepare
6 tablespoons cream de menthe
1 jar (12 ounce size) caramel ice cream topping
***Frosting***
3 tablespoons cream de menthe
8 ounces Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake mix as directed except add first measure of cream de menthe. Bake per directions on box. Let cool 10 minutes.
Spread caramel ice cream topping on top. Mix cream de menthe with cool whip and spread on top when cake is all the way cool and refrigerate.
