Instant Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar (preferably brown)
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
cocoa powder or instant coffee
milk
Directions:
Combine eggs, margarine and sugar; mix thoroughly until even creamy texture. Continue mixing, slowly adding flour, until even consistency. Batter should be rather soft (you can test this easily: just tip the mixing bowl halfway on its side, then the batter should be flowing slowly). Add 2 generous tablespoons of cocoa powder, or 1 heaped Tbsp instant coffee. If batter is too thick, add a little milk until consistency is right.
Line glass form with baking paper. Pour in the batter, distributing it evenly. Put in microwave oven and "bake" on highest setting for about 5 minutes (small microwave ovens will need another 2 minutes).
Test cake with toothpick - it should come out clean, with no batter sticking to it. The cake itself should feel springy to the touch, something like foam rubber.
Take out of form, turn over and peel off the baking paper, so the surplus moisture will evaporate. Let cool, serve and tell nobody the whole cake took you under 10 minutes to make.
