Applesauce Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup applesauce (or can substitute stewed prunes, with a little lemon juice)
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Mix all together. Pour into a well-greased 5 x 9" loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
