Get a taste of buttery maple syrup in every bite with this sweet compound butter. Use on pancakes, waffles, French toast, etc.

ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup pure maple syrup

directions

Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer until the butter is fluffy and light.

Add the maple syrup and beat on low speed until fully incorporated.

Transfer the maple butter to a covered container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
