Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

Can't decide between chocolate or peanut butter? No need to choose with this tasty spread made from equal parts of each. Simply melt and blend and use like you would peanut butter.

1 pound peanut butter
1 pound milk chocolate
Combine the peanut butter and milk chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering, not boiling, water.
Stir the mixture until completely smooth and melted.
Pour into a container and let set until room temperature.
Use like you would peanut butter.
You can substitute almond butter for the peanut butter, and/or semisweet chocolate for the milk chocolate.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I found this recipe on here about a year ago, and I have been making it ever since!! This is so easy when you are in a hurry-Just microwave the approximate same amount of peanut butter and chocolate chips in a glass bowl at 30 second intervals, stirring until chocolate is fully melted-this stuff is Awesome!! Experiment with different chips, butterscotch, white, cinnamon, even peanut butter chips! Dip banana chunks (or any fruit) in it and refrigerate until it hardens. The uses are limitless. So easy to make a tiny amount if you just want a taste! Once you try this, you will be making it all the time
