Baked Chicken Noodle Soup Casserole - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
12 ounces egg noodles
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1/2 soup can milk
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic, to taste
bread crumbs, for topping

directions

Combine the chicken, onion, salt, pepper and garlic in a large saucepan. Add enough water to just cover.

Boil until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

Remove the chicken from the water and add the noodles, adding more water as needed. Boil until noodles are al dente, drain. Cube the chicken and place in a casserole dish. Top with the noodles. Combine the soups and the milk, pour over noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
