Chicken And Rice Hot Dish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 package onion soup mix
2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
Directions:
Mix dry soup mix with rice in bottom of a large casserole. Add washed chicken parts on top of rice mixture and pour 1/2 chicken soup over.
Mix remaining soup and milk together and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 - 30 minutes longer.
