Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons water
10 ounces mint chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup nuts -- chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. In medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and water.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the mint chocolate chips and vanilla extract; stirring until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

Transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in the flour mixture. Stir in the chopped nuts.

Spread batter into a greased 13 X 9 baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack and cut into squares.
