The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream of wheat
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg product, margarine and vanilla. Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325F for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
