Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated coconut
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the almond butter and sugar. Add the eggs and almond extract: mix well. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix well.
Stir in the coconut. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
