2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
5 eggs
2 cups crushed bananas
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
2 packages (3 ounce size) instant coconut cream pudding

directions

Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs and bananas. Stir in dry ingredients and add nuts. Divide batter into loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
