1/2 cup butter, creamed 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3 mashed bananas 1 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon soda 1/4 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips 1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
directions
Mix in order given and bake in greased 9" x 5" loaf pan for about 1 hour at 350 degrees F. If making mini-muffins instead, bake for about 15 minutes.

I thought it could use more chocolate chips, but it seems to be kind of a healthy version of banana bread so if you are trying to be healthy then it works.
