ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 turkey legs
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the turkey legs, mixing well.
Place the turkey legs on a rack in a roasting pan and brush evenly with the oil mixture. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the skin is golden brown and no pink remains, basting occasionally.
