ingredients
2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon butter
directions
Place turkey in bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cook broccoli; drain and layer in pan. Beat together soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice and seasonings. Spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
