2 pounds ground beef
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cube beef bouillon, DISSOLVED IN
1 tablespoon water
directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Place in a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
