ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (4 ounce size) tomato sauce, or salsa
1 package (1.25 ounce size) taco seasoning mix
1 egg
8 taco shells, crushed
1 cup grated cheese
directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Mix in taco shells and cheese. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or til cooked through.
