1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in a loaf pan.
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 90 minutes or until done.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
