1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup dill pickle liquid
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
SAUCE
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
directions
Mix together light and pat into loaf pan.
For sauce, stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over loaf and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
