Crescent Meatloaf

ingredients

1 cup beef gravy
1 cup bread crumb cubes
1/4 cup minced onions
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

directions

Combine 1/4 cup gravy with beef, bread cubes, egg, onion, and salt; refrigerate remaining gravy. Mix thoroughly. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Place meat mixture in loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Separate rolls, place crosswise over meatloaf, overlapping slightly.

Bake 15 minutes more. If desired, remaining gravy may be heated and serve over meatloaf.
