Switch things up and try something new with your meatloaf by adding cornbread crumbs in place of regular bread crumbs.

ingredients
2 cups cornbread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup or thick tomato puree
1 teaspoon dry mustard
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the cornbread crumbs and milk in a bowl and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, eggs, horseradish, salt, milk, ketchup, and dry mustard. Mix well. Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place on a rimmed baking sheet or place in a loaf pan.
Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
