Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

I suppose it depends on the breadcrumbs but I felt that 3/4 applesauce was too much. Ended up adding more crumbs to make it firmer. Would definitely use less applesauce to start next time. Good overall flavor but because I had to add more crumbs the balance was off so it was more bready than I think it should be. Will try again.
