ingredients
1 package noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 clove garlic
salt, to taste
3/4 cup grated cheese
directions
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Brown hamburger in oil in skillet. Add soup, mushrooms, garlic and salt, mixing well. Add noodles.
Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
