1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

I have a question about the Sauerkraut Hot Dish..is there no salt/pepper or other seasonings added??
You can add any other seasonings as desired but it should have more than enough salt from the canned soups.
