ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup water
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 package (uncooked) cornbread mix
directions
Brown hamburger slightly. Add chili powder, soup, water, corn, onion, and cheese. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Pour into a deep casserole dish. Add a layer of grated cheese. Top with cornbread batter. Bake at 400 degrees F until corn bread is brown.
