Cauliflower Beef Casserole

ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, separated
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup seasoned bread cubes
directions
Cook cauliflower in salted water in saucepan until tender crisp, drain.
Saute ground beef with onion, salt and 1/4 ts. Tabasco sauce, stirring until crumbly, set aside.
Blend flour, milk, oil and 1/4 ts. Tabasco in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Layer ground beef mixture, bread cubes, cauliflower and cheese sauce in 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1/2 hour or until hot and bubbly.
