Beef and onions cooked with tomato soup, egg noodles, and cream of mushroom soup make a hearty and simple dish.
1 pound egg noodles
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound beef chunks or ground beef
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup, undiluted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a large, shallow casserole dish.
Cook the noodles in boiling water as directed on the package. Drain well. Stir the cream of mushroom soup into the noodles and set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and beef and cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is well browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir the tomato soup into the beef mixture.
Place half of the beef mixture in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Add half of the noodle mixture in an even layer over the beef. Top with the remaining beef mixture then the remaining noodles.
Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is bubbly. Serve hot.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Love the spinach dip at restaurants like TGIFriday's and the Olive Garden? Make it at home with these easy-to-follow copycat recipes.

I'm going to try this

I'm pretty sure the Amish don't use cream of mushroom soup but this recipe was pretty good and basic (which is why I'm guesssing it's called amish because it's unpretenious)

I thought there were too many noodles. If I make it again I would only use half the noodles and have them on the bottom. Mixing a in package of peas might also be good. Rather bland. But as a guy who dosen't cook it was easy to prepair.

This recipe was good. I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out better than expected.

This was amazing! It was quick and easy and inexpensive! Also, it is very easy to adapt to your liking. I just used a pack of hamburger meat, a box of bow tie pasta, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, and a can of tomato soup. Then I added a layer of cheese during the last 5 minutes cooking time. I think this greatly improved the taste.
was not impressed at all! Thought the tastes together were not great!

This was an easy dish but it was lacking something for me. Perhaps next time I make this, i'll add garlic power or maybe some onion power.Easy dish to prepare.

Very yummy! My family loved it. And very easy, too. I didn't have any tomato soup, so I used a small can of tomato paste plus I cup of water, which I mixed in with the ground beef.
