Was skeptical about this recipe but we really enjoyed it.

My family liked this new dish. I served it over hot rice, but we think it would also be good on a hamburger bun. I cut this recipe down to 1/3 and it made plenty for my family. I didn't have any dry mustard, so I left that out. I also drained the kidney beans although it didn't say to. Next time I would use pineapple tidbits for smaller bite-sized pieces. I will probably make this again.
