2 cups bisquick baking mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
directions
Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary.
Stir all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl until blended. Carefully stir in blueberries. Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.

Basically just a bisquick pancake recipe with blueberries but it turned out well and I was having trouble figuring out what to make for a breakfast for some teens. They loved it and it was easy!
