2 pounds carrots, peeled and finely shredded
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Combine the carrots, pineapple, mayonnaise, raisins, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Adjust the flavor as needed with more sugar if desired.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
