Mandarin-Style Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (6 ounce size) frozen snow pea pods, thawed
1 can (8 ounce size) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 dash ground ginger
Directions:
Cook snow peas in a medium saucepan according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well.
Add water chestnuts and remaining ingredients; stir well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
