Chicken Pita Pizza

ingredients
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pinch ground ginger
4 pitas
1 deli-roasted chicken, sliced and cut into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger until smooth. Divide this mixture among the pitas, then top with the chicken and the grated cheese.
Bake the pizzas for 10 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
