8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons brandy
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the Gouda, sour cream, cream cheese and brandy in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
Perfect with slices of French bread or apples.
