Grilled Steak With Cajun Onions

ingredients
4 porterhouse steaks, trimmed
3/4 cup steak sauce
3/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
oil for frying onions
directions
Mix the steak sauce, broth, soy sauce, minced garlic and onion powder together. Place the steaks in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over the steaks. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
Discard the marinade and grill the steaks to your taste.
For Onions: Mix the flour and Cajun seasoning. Coat the onion slices with the flour mixture and toss well. Fry the onions until they just start to brown.
Drain on paper towels. Serve the onions over the steak.
