ingredients
1 1/2 pound sirloin tips
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 dash garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
pepper, to taste
directions
Mix together soup, water, pepper, garlic salt, and minced onion. Pour over sirloin tips in 2-3 quart casserole dish.
Bake covered at 300-325 degrees F for 2 hours. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 1/2 hour longer.
