The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 1/2 pound boneless sirloin steak
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
chopped parsley
Preheat the broiler. Score the fat around the edge of the sirloin. Place the steak on the broiler pan and broil 4 or 5 inches from the heat for about 5 (rare) to 10 (well done) minutes on each side.
Put the butter into a small saucepan or heavy skillet over medium heat at the same time you start the steak. Add the lemon juice, parsley and Worcestershire Sauce once the butter is melted. Simmer until the sauce is golden brown.
Remove the steak from heat when it is done to your liking and place on a cutting board with a juice well. Spoon the sauce over the meat. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cut into 1/4" slices and spoon more sauce over. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve at once.

I agree with another reviewer. Way, way too much Worcester sauce! I love the stuff but cut it at least in half. Maybe even 1 1/2 Tbs.
Looks good

It was alright..it was very worchestery...the key here is to undercook it. If not its dry and not juicy.

Very good easy to make but I needed to add some Sweet Garlic chili sauce to it. It is a bit sour.
