What better way to get your daily dose of fruit than in a cool, refreshing smoothie? The yogurt and banana make this treat extra creamy.

1 medium banana, peeled and cut up
1 ripe medium peach, pitted, sliced
1 container (6 ounce size) low-fat peach yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup small ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Frozen peaches work great in smoothies. Just add them to the blender while frozen. Canned peaches contain more liquid so drain them well and reduce the amount of orange juice by half initially. Add more as needed to get the desired consistency.

I realy liked this smoothie but i have some tips.I don't think you should add six ounces of yogurt.just add 2 to 3. Tips for people making this add powder honey and not liquid.Overall this smoothie was awesome. :)
