The perfect breakfast or lunchtime treat. This thick, creamy smoothie will curb your hunger without loading you up with unwanted fat calories.

1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 1% or nonfat milk
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 teaspoon whey protein powder
3 ice cubes
Add the yogurt, milk, peanut butter, berries, protein powder, and ice cubes to a blender. Process until desired consistency. If the drink is too thick, add additional milk.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

I LOVE THIS SHAKE :o) It is soooo Yummy & good for you too. My 4 year old loves it as a snack :o) I Highly recommend trying it. I use the non-fat plain yogurt instead of the low-fat vanilla & it is still Awseome tasting!
